PLANS to build 11 industrial units on the former Dowty site in Ashchurch are recommended for approval when they go before the planning committee on Tuesday.
The application by the Easter Group is for industrial warehouses, an office and service areas on the site adjoining theA46.
Trellborg has now moved to a new unit on International Drive.
